Cancellation Policy
Clients may book appointments as far in advance as they wish, and up to 15 minutes before an available time slot. If you need to cancel your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours before your scheduled time to receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment, as well as no-shows, will be charged the full amount. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
